POWER

A senior capsule collection honoring what first pushed me to pursue design. It’s an ode to the movies I once watched in awe and shock — the worlds I escaped to — and to my first Barbie doll, imagining the woman I wanted to become. Those early visual obsessions became the foundation for reimagining activewear through a new lens.
Drawing primarily from utility jumpsuits and NASCAR culture, the collection explodes with color, digital prints, and high-energy graphics. It’s my interpretation of tech and modernism — bold, blinding, and intentionally provocative. A celebration of brightness, weirdness, and self-expression, designed to feel futuristic while honoring my childhood nostalgia.
OVERVIEW
Inspired by the films I dreamed of living inside and the Barbie doll I wanted to become, my senior capping collection reimagines activewear through utility jumpsuits and NASCAR influences. Saturated color, digital prints, and technical silhouettes collide to form a bright, weird, and provocative take on modernism and tech.
INSPIRATION & RESEARCH

See below some photos of my process drapings and tailoring muslin drapes for my spring/ summer collection.

A cartoon-inspired logo face powered by bold graphic text and the chaotic, playful energy of A Tribe Called Quest’s “Scenario.”
Text-led prints with loud, unapologetic graphic play, saturated in a hyper-neon Barbie palette. Using music as an inspiration, these prints include lyrics from the king of shock and awe - Iggy Pop's "Seek and Destroy."

Created in Adobe and executed through screen printing, this print story explores neon galaxy textures and reworked camouflage. Bold color and organic movement elevate utility jumpsuits and activewear joggers.
